RESOL Services (the "Service Provider") Refund Policy

RESOL is committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring transparency with all users. This Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) sets forth the terms regarding refunds for various services provided by RESOL. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Mediation, Conciliation, and Arbitration Services

We do not offer refunds for mediation, conciliation, or arbitration services once the process has commenced. All fees paid for these services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or duration of the dispute resolution process. RESOL is committed to providing fast, fair, and cost-effective solutions to your disputes.

Consultation Services

No refunds will be issued for consultation services once the session has been booked or attended. RESOL offers expert advice and guidance through its consultations, and the fees paid for such services are final and non-refundable.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform Subscriptions

All subscription fees for accessing RESOL’s ODR platform are non-refundable. Users are responsible for evaluating the suitability of our platform for their dispute resolution needs before subscribing. Once the subscription is activated, no refunds will be processed, even if the services are not fully utilized by the user during the subscription period.

Document Drafting and Review Services

Payments made for document drafting or review services, including contract and agreement reviews, are final. No refunds will be issued once the drafting or review process has commenced. RESOL ensures the highest standards of quality in providing these services, and once the work is initiated, refunds cannot be provided under any circumstances.

Training and Certification Programs

All payments for training programs, certification courses, or related educational offerings by RESOL are non-refundable. Once registration is completed and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, even if the user is unable to attend or complete the course.

Exceptions

While RESOL maintains a strict no-refund policy for all its services, exceptions may be made in rare and exceptional circumstances. These exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of RESOL and may include the following:

  • Technical Issues: If a user is unable to access services due to proven technical failures directly attributable to RESOL’s systems, a partial or full refund may be considered.
  • Service Unavailability: In cases where RESOL is unable to deliver the promised service due to unforeseen events, such as force majeure (natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, etc.), a refund may be processed for the affected service.
  • Duplicate Payments: If a user accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same service, RESOL will review the transaction and issue a refund for the additional payment, provided no services were utilized.

All exceptions must be requested in writing and submitted to info@resolservices.com within 5 business days of the event leading to the refund request. RESOL’s decision on whether to grant a refund under these exceptional circumstances is final and binding.
